Elliott Dean weighing in at 16 lbs 13 oz, measuring 25.5 inches with a cap size of 17 inches.
Ethan Oliver weighing in at 16 lbs 10 oz, measureing 25 inches with a cap size the same as his brother.
Both are a bit on the stout side - and enjoy fine dining from a bottle, stroller rides, late night snuggle time, and of course, "Bro time." Both currently reside with their parents with no plans of moving out anytime soon - hope this doesn't turn away any of the ladies :)

Quick update - The boys went on their first mini-vacation. We headed to Pratt, KS over memorial day weekend to visit family. We loved getting together with several of the Shracks and catching up briefly with the family. We then headed to Claflin, KS for the wedding of two of our friends. Outside of several diaper blowouts (read the dirty details below) - the trip went off with out a hitch. The boys traveled better than I had expected!
A dirty rant - read at your own discretion:
Disposable vs Cloth diapers.
As I am sure many of you are aware - we are using cloth diapers for the boys for several reasons. Better for the environment, create a better living place for those that come after us, less chemicals against our babies bottoms (what is that mystery gel substance anyways?), less expensive, no last minute runs to the grocery store to buy diapers, less diaper rash, etc. (I could go on forever about why we are using cloth - if you are having babies - you probably should consider it too *wink.) But - with our recent travel - Patrick and I thought we would use disposable so we didn't have to worry about carrying around the cloth diapers, or doing laundry while we were away. So - off to the store to buy some Pampers - and the story unfolds. We had a busy morning on Saturday - visiting Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa, bathing baby #1, bathing baby #2, dressing baby #1 and baby #2. Then getting ourselves ready for the wedding and packing our bags to head home afterwards. Patrick had the car loaded - and was making his last trip up to the hotel room to help me bring the babies down to the car. As we were headed downstairs, there was the all familiar rumble from Ethans bottom - ah, another breast milk poo. No worries - I will just take him out of the car seat and change his diaper in the back of the car - and off we go. WRONG. The dang disposable diaper held very little of the poo. Instead, it was up to his ears. Back upstairs for another bath - with little Ethan wrapped in a hotel towel. (Good thing I packed an extra cute wedding outfit for the boys.) As Patrick was washing Ethan, I thought I would change Elliotts outfit (I know, I am the twin mom that coordinates their clothes when we are going out in public) to coordinate with outfit #2 for Ethan. As I was pulling Elliott out of his car seat - squish. Bet you can guess what was squished clear up Elliotts back - POO! Just as Patrick was bringing Ethan back down from his second bath, I was headed back up for Elliotts second bath. As last, we had both boys cleaned and ready. On the hour drive to the wedding, Patrick and I discussed how lucky we were that it happened there at the hotel and not at the wedding. Well, if that is not foreshadowing - I don't know what is. As I am pulling Ethan out of his car seat at the wedding - POO - AGAIN! ALL OVER HIS BACK! Wet wipes had to manage the job at this point - and time for outfit #3. I was beyond frustrated. I have NEVER, not a once, had a blow out with cloth diapers. Moral of the story - I LOVE you - cloth diapers. Thank you for always holding in the poo! We will never travel without you.

Happy reading :)

I use cloth for Hadley as well and love 'em! However, at daycare we use hypoallergic disposable (if you wanna know why, email me...I won't get into it here). Anyway, she always blows out and ruins outfits at daycare but at home the cloth holds it in!

That is hilarious! Good to know that cloth holds it in better. We always bought the disposables with the extra flap in the back that helps, but I thought blowouts were inevitable.
